Products, Inc. is a Florida corporation headquartered in Longwood, FL
with in the Orlando metro area. ILP Specializes in the
manufacture and delivery of Energy Efficient Lighting solutions designed
for both specification and retrofit applications.
Jason
Hendren, GM
Jason
Hendren started ILP in 2002 to deliver energy efficient lighting
solutions into the specification market. Jason has over 10 years
experience in manufacturing, including roles in engineering, quality
assurance, and manufacturing management. Recently, Jason worked in
the laser simulation industry spearheading the corporate implementation
of an ERP/MRP systems before being promoted to sales and business
development. Jason has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and
an MBA specializing in technology marketing, both from the University of
Central Florida. Jason is a UCF Golden Knight booster and avid
football fan. When Jason is not working, he is either surfing,
playing flag football, or traveling with his wife, Carol.
David
Weinberg, Sales
David
Weinberg is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida
with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics.
David comes to ILP with over 3 years of retail management experience
specializing in procurement and distribution relations. Dave is
responsible for helping ILP's independent representatives in the
education and specification of energy efficient lighting solutions as
well as assisting distributors with new opportunities. When Dave
is not working, he can be found surfing the various beaches of Florida,
playing basketball with friends, and working on his guitar lessons.
Charlie
Pardee, Operations Manager
Charlie
Pardee comes to ILP with over 20 years experience in
manufacturing. Before coming to ILP, Charlie managed a high volume
production line in the HVAC industry. In this role, he was
responsible for the scheduling of both material and man power in order
to meet aggressive delivery standards. Charlie has also spent over
10 years managing the operations of a company that specialized in energy
efficient, heat recovery units for the HVAC industry. Charlie has years of hands on experience in metal
fabrication, welding, and turning. On the weekends "Volvo
Man" Charlie can be seen driving any one of his vintage BMW
motorcycles or vintage Volvos, including his '81 hot rod wagon
retrofitted with a 5.0 Mustang motor.
